I am proud and honoured to be the Principal of The Rowans, a provision where all stakeholders work effectively and enthusiastically together to ensure continuing success.
The Rowans AP Academy is a provision which enables young people to change the direction of their lives. Through a trauma informed approach, positive relationships and a strong focus on our core values of kindness, commitment and resilience, all pupils have the opportunity to re-engage with education, taking ownership of their lives and their choices.

Fundraising for Children In Need has been fun today! Tag Day, Bear Biscuit Decorating and Dodgeball! Welll done and thank you to all of our pupils who took part and contributed!
The primary has had a great session in the DEN using flint and steel to make fires this week!
Very proud of Charlie, we completed fraction work today... may have bribed him a little with cupcakes, but they helped him understand!
Charlie visits me every morning before lessons start, it's always lovely to see him! He also helps with anything I need to set up for the day, thank you Charlie!
